Original 1860’s Wine Cellar
The cottage features a magnificent and large dry cellar with stone walls.
The cellar itself was originally used to store and dry food, as well as to produce wine. It was here that Christian also used to make wine from his early shiraz plantings.
You may like to enjoy a guided wine tasting experience in the cellar, or simply enjoy it at your leisure with a glass or bottle in hand. It is also the prefect escape in warm summer afternoons.
